Everyone struggles with balancing the obligation they feel for those they care for or the draw of the "friend in need" with their own spiritual health because the default emotion is guilt but that's an allusion created by culture & reaffirmed by the draining entities. I need to be reminded of balance in all things often :) I get a lil amped up and then overwhelmed! And I have certainly experienced the difficulties of having to make the decision to love people from a distance because although we are all connected and all one and all made in love some choose to wake up and others like to think they're enjoying their sleep! well said as always!
