Tour Life is a blog series that allows you to see Tour Life through my eyes. You will see me travel, sing, conduct a workshop, sound check, eat…..you know, my life on tour.
This video shows the start of my journey. I board my red-eye flight departing Newark, New Jersey to Copenhagen, Denmark exhausted!!! I stayed up all of the night prior recording “Gotta Go”, the track playing on the clip. Literally, I recorded until I HAD to leave. “Let’s go catch this train, yo”, my last phrase as Davinchi (producer) captures the last take. The “train” to which I was referring was the A train to meet my other band mates to shuttle to New Jersey for take off. Get on the flight, and to my delight, a baby is right behind me for this 6 hour flight!!!
Little did I know, this trip would be full of bottlenecks, obstacles, highs and lows, peaks and valleys, but most importantly, God’s hand in motion. It’ll all make sense…walk with Clara T.
